3rd Iraqi Medical Conference & BAU Award Ceremony
A visa is required to enter the United Arab Emirates, except for nationals from the countries listed below who will be issued entry permits upon arrival at the airport.

Iraqi passport holders require a visa to enter the UAE.

The conference organizing committee has partnered with Alyas Visa Services to facilitate visa processing for all Iraqi delegates, speakers, and attendees. Important: UAE tourist visas are typically valid for 60 days from the date of issue. We recommend applying early to ensure approval before the conference dates.

Required Documents for Iraqi Delegates

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from travel date)
  • Passport-sized photograph (white background)
  • Conference registration confirmation
  • Hotel booking confirmation
  • Bank statement (if requested)
  • Completed visa application form

Visa-Exempt Countries

Nationals from the following countries do not require a visa and will receive an entry permit upon arrival:

Europe

  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival
  • Visa-on-arrival is typically valid for 30 days
  • For other nationalities not listed above, please apply through Alias Visa Services or contact your nearest UAE embassy
